As a result of her extensive clinical background, Georgina coaches leaders on psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, loss, and trauma. She also coaches executives on mid-life career change, a transition process that involves letting go of the old working identity and developing a new working identity.
Georgina has an extensive experience in coaching and consulting family businesses and addressing their key business challenges such as transgenerational family patterns, family dynamics, family entanglements, corporate governance and leadership transition.
Georgina has an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Insead. Her research is on the conflicting transference of female leaders who can be perceived as mother figures or dragon ladies. She has a Master in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the American College of Greece. Her research is on the origins of grandiose narcissism of CEOs resulting from adverse childhood experiences. She is a Group Psychotherapist under certification from the Institute of Relational and Group Psychotherapy.
Georgina is a Neurolinguistic (NLP) Programming Practitioner and a Certified Coach. She has been trained in Personal Performance Coaching, Corporate and Executive Coaching, Small Business Coaching and Youth Coaching. She is a Specialist Practitioner in Hypnotic Neuro-Reppaterning. She has been certified in “Breakthrough to Prime” and “Integrator Training: Leading Highly Effective Teams” by the Adizes Institute in the United States. Georgina has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Systems from City University and a Master in Marketing Management from Middlesex University in London. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Art History and a Postgraduate Diploma in Twentieth Century Art Studies from Goldsmiths College in London.
Georgina trains senior leaders on group dynamics and applies interventions that address and resolve group conflict. Moreover, she leads tailor-made interventions on organizational cultural change. Georgina’s mission is “inspiring people and organizations to make the changes that they want”.
